Victoria Souza-Campbell is a real estate agent proudly serving Nashville and the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. She enjoys guiding both buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey and works to create as seamless an experience as possible.
Before entering real estate, Victoria spent nearly a decade in Washington, DC, working on Capitol Hill and in government relations for a Fortune 500 company, where she developed strong skills in strategy, negotiation, and navigating complex environments. Real estate felt like a natural next step, drawing on her love of architecture, design, and years spent searching for homes with friends and family.
Originally from Chattanooga, Victoria later returned to Tennessee with her husband, Will, a Nashville native. When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring Nashville with their dog Holly, trying new recipes, practicing yoga, and traveling.
