Raised in New York City, Victoria Vasile brings a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a thoughtful, partnership-driven approach to helping clients find the perfect place to call home.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2014, Victoria has built a reputation for professionalism, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills. She approaches each transaction with diligence and care, guiding clients through the process with clear communication, market insight, and meticulous attention to detail.

Victoria launched her career in New York City at one of Manhattan’s most prominent real estate firms, where she gained valuable experience navigating one of the country’s most competitive markets. During this time, she worked closely with developers on new development projects, including Solari — a boutique luxury building in Midtown Manhattan that has received multiple industry accolades. This experience sharpened her expertise in pricing strategy, market positioning, and identifying what makes a property truly stand out.

With a natural eye for interior design and spatial potential, Victoria offers added value to both buyers and sellers. She helps sellers thoughtfully position their homes to stand out in the market, while helping buyers recognize opportunities and envision what a property can become.

Prior to real estate, Victoria spent five years at a leading Manhattan asset management firm, where she developed strong financial acumen and a client-first mindset — experience she now leverages to guide clients through important real estate decisions with confidence.

Having called the Philadelphia suburbs home for several years, Victoria brings her New York experience, strategic mindset, and personalized approach to buyers, sellers, and investors alike. She values the long-term relationships she builds and is committed to delivering a seamless and elevated experience from beginning to end.

Victoria earned a B.A. in Biology from Stony Brook University, where she was a Division I tennis student-athlete on scholarship, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Global Finance from The New School. She is fluent in Romanian and conversational in Spanish.

Outside of real estate, Victoria enjoys staying active, traveling, exploring local restaurants, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
