Vikki Evans is an accomplished Realtor® who has been a top producer since 2012. With a successful background as a bond broker, marketing director for a money manager, and home insurance agent, Evans has honed her customer relationship skills and sees her clients' homes as a reflection of their unique personalities and the base point for lifelong memories.
In 2022, Evans was recognized by RealTrends in the top 1.5% of production and the #6 team in Houston. However, her passion for giving back to the community is just as notable. For over 35 years, she has served in leadership positions on the boards of the Jewish Federation, the Houston Jewish Community Foundation, the Women's Business and Professional Group, The Emery/Weiner School, and Alexander Jewish Family Service.
In 2016, Evans was nominated for Woman of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which led to donations of over $76,000 to cancer research. She also chaired ReelAbilities, a city-wide film and arts festival in 2017 and 2018 to promote inclusion and understanding for people with disabilities, which is now the largest festival of its kind in the country.
Evans continues to give back by chairing the DEI Initiative for JFS in 2021 to ensure equality for all staff and board members. Evans is the proud recipient of the 2024 Chesed Award for Alexander JFS. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being "in the know" for everything cool in H-town, concerts, traveling, and all forms of art and theater.
Evans is happily married to her husband, Rich, since 1986, and they are the proud parents of two grown daughters and their French bulldog, Lola.
