A seasoned investor, Vince has navigated the complexities of purchasing and selling residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, multi-family homes, and land and conducting 1031 exchanges. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Vince's life journey has taken him on extensive travels worldwide, eventually settling in Maui with his two children.
