Vince Lombardi

Vince was raised in a small historic town in southern New Hampshire. While he was growing he very quickly realized the small town life was not for him. After graduating from College, he moved to New York where he began a career in Finance/ Accounting. After a few years, he pursued an opportunity to move to Los Angeles. He later found success as a Controller of a major Product Liability Law Firm in Century. In 1997, when he was ready to buy his first home. Upon researching areas and going to many open houses, he found his new passion. He was struck with the beauty and variety of architecture and design found here in Los Angeles. With a BS degree in finance/ economics combined with his new found love of real estate, Vince made a major leap of faith into a new career. He accepted a position as an Assistant to a very successful Mortgage Loan Officer in Santa Monica. After working and learning the loan side of the business he started buying investment properties throughout the Los Angeles area. He has really enjoyed the process of buying, designing, and constructing a multitude of his own properties. He also has several furnished leases that he rents out short term, mostly to entertainment people coming to LA for pilot season, touring performances, etc.

Now with his experience spanning more than a decade and a half both personally and professionally, Vince is a dedicated professional with the season and experience to meet the varied needs of his clientele. He is happy to work with the first time home buyer to the experienced investor. Utilizing his vast knowledge of finance, sales and market analysis, Vince works closely with each individual client to help them reach their immediate long-term financial and Real Estate goals. A high level of service is important to him, and he strives to ensure that his clients benefit from his comprehensive knowledge of the industry. Outside the office, Vince volunteers his time with the LA Foster Youth program and is a Course Instructor for a life coaching organization. He is also an avid cyclist and skier. He also travels to his second home in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, where he enjoys an occasional weekend away
