Vincent Papale

Vinny Papale is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida with The Papale Group at Compass. Raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Vinny has deep roots throughout the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey markets, along with extensive familiarity with South Florida.

A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Finance, Vinny also earned his MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. His background in finance and business brings an analytical, informed approach to real estate, while his local knowledge and extensive network allow him to serve buyers, sellers, and investors across a wide range of needs.

Vinny works alongside his mother, Janet Cantwell-Papale, and sister, Gabriella, as part of The Papale Group. Together, they combine Janet’s more than four decades of real estate experience with a multigenerational approach centered on relationships, responsiveness, and personalized service across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida.

Outside of real estate, Vinny is a former Division I and professional football player and current member of the Italian National Flag Football Team. His athletic career has shaped the discipline, preparation, and competitive drive he brings to representing his clients.
