Violetta was born in Russia and grew up in the Northeast. She brings over eight years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and five years in the nonprofit sector with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

Her career spans diverse roles including originations, underwriting, and due diligence at BridgeInvest; asset management and debt workouts at Torchlight Investors; and underwriting positions at Elad National Properties and Avison Young. Violetta’s background in finance, debt, and originations uniquely positions her to guide clients with a deep understanding of market dynamics, deal structure, and investment analysis. She combines her analytical expertise with a client-first approach—offering valuable insight into property valuation, securing financing, and identifying sound opportunities across both the commercial and residential space.

Beyond her professional experience, Violetta has a genuine passion for design and aesthetics. She enjoys exploring interior styling, curating beautiful spaces, and creating memorable tablescapes for friends and family. She loves helping clients envision the full potential of a property—whether that means finding the right investment or creating a home that truly reflects their style.

She is a graduate of The Hill School and Drexel University, where she earned a B.S. in Business with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Violetta resides in Miami Shores with her husband and two young children. She remains actively involved with The Greater Miami Jewish Federation and PJ Library.
