Having been a South Florida resident and an integral part of the community since 2001, Vitaly has seen firsthand the area’s growth and has a deep understanding of South Florida life. Vitaly grew up in a family deeply entrenched in both residential and commercial real estate since they first arrived to the United States over 30 years ago. He has been structuring residential sales and investments as well as personally investing into various property and land-based real estate projects for 15 years, thus bringing a wealth of personal experience navigating the constantly evolving market of today.
In addition to his real estate dealings, Vitaly brings extensive professional experience negotiating and structuring agreements in digital media, creative production, experiential marketing, and business conferences with Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, top hotels & resorts brands, start-ups, and philanthropic organizations all over the world. He has overseen and directed teams of over 100 people to produce creative marketing campaigns at international cultural events such as Art Basel, Sundance Film Festival, Coachella, and the Super Bowl.

Vitaly is bilingual, fluent in Russian, and with a good knowledge of Spanish. He graduated from the University of Miami majoring in International Finance and Marketing and Leadership. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, investing, philanthropy, sports, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.
