Vivian brings a client-centered perspective to real estate, supported by years of firsthand experience with her family’s multifamily properties throughout Chicago. Before becoming an agent, she assisted with property management and leasing and accompanied her grandfather as he evaluated potential buildings and neighborhoods. These experiences gave her an early understanding of both the practical and personal sides of real estate.
Today, Vivian specializes in helping clients find short- and long-term rental properties. She is especially familiar with Chicago’s South Side and southern suburbs, as well as the South Loop, West Loop, Hyde Park, downtown, Lincoln Park, Bridgeport, Beverly, River North, Pilsen, and University Village. Having lived in the South Loop for 12 years, she also offers valuable firsthand knowledge of the neighborhood and its community.
Vivian believes the best way to serve clients is to listen carefully. Rather than assuming she knows what is best for someone, she takes time to understand their priorities, preferences, and vision for their next home. She approaches each relationship with honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to learn alongside her clients when necessary. Her goal is not simply to help someone find an apartment, but to help them create a place that feels warm, welcoming, and truly their own.
A graduate of Roosevelt University, Vivian holds a double major in Biology and Sustainability. She hopes to eventually use this knowledge to help people develop and transform their properties into more environmentally responsible “green homes.”
Vivian is also an entrepreneur and the owner of a salon and suites location in the South Loop. Beyond her professional work, she runs a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved girls from Chicago’s urban communities. Through workshops, outings, and social groups, the organization encourages young women to build confidence, pursue educational opportunities, follow their dreams, and create fulfilling lives.
Outside of work and community involvement, Vivian is a proud mother to her nine-year-old daughter and a devoted dog mom to her three-year-old micro Frenchie.
