About Vivien
Vivien was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, and has since lived in Vienna, Austria, the south of Spain, and Playa del Carmen, Mexico, with travel across more than a dozen countries in Europe and Africa. Her diverse work experience started in corporate finance which built the discipline and consistency a real estate transaction demands. A relocation to Mexico's Riviera Maya to sell timeshare real estate sharpened her ability to quickly connect with strangers and discover what actually matters to them. After marrying her husband, Will, she moved to Florida and gained experience in office management, permitting, and scheduling for construction companies, a practical view of the details that surface after a deal closes.
Vivien is fluent in English, Hungarian, and German, and her years living across Europe and Mexico give her a genuine connection with international buyers, along with an understanding of the hurdles that come with relocating to a new country and learning a new area from scratch. When she's not working, she's usually near the water, scuba diving, snorkeling, shelling, or boating, with the Florida Keys as her favorite getaway.
