Born and raised in Nashville, I’m proud to call this city home — and I’m passionate about helping others call it home, too.

My journey into real estate started a little differently than most. I played college football at Middle Tennessee State University, where I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and pushing through any challenge — all traits that serve me well in this business. After hanging up my cleats, I spent several years bartending at some of Nashville’s hottest spots. During that time, I built lasting relationships with people across the city, from professional athletes and music artists to everyday locals who make this place so special. That experience gave me more than just a great network — it gave me a deep understanding of what makes Nashville tick. Now, as a real estate professional, I use that insight and those connections to help my clients navigate the market with confidence. I’m all about making people feel taken care of. On the personal side, I’m engaged to my amazing fiancée, Emily Martin, and we just welcomed our first child, Perris Everett Arrington, on March 2, 2025. When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually spending time with family, watching sports, listening to music, or building connections in the community I love.
