Meet Wade Seifert, a dedicated Nashville Realtor with deep Tennessee roots. Originally from Knoxville and a proud University of Tennessee alum, Wade earned his way into the prestigious College Scholars program and went on to complete dual master’s degrees in Nutrition and Public Health. His background reflects a strong work ethic, resilience, and a commitment to helping others.


Now based in Nashville, Wade brings a fresh perspective to the real estate experience, understanding firsthand what it’s like to settle into a new city. He’s passionate about creating meaningful connections with clients and guiding them through each step of the process.


Outside of real estate, Wade is an adventurer; snowboarding in Colorado, wakeboarding local lakes, and always cheering on the Vols. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring your options, Wade brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every interaction.
