"We have been working with Wendy since March 2023. We had just gone to contract on our current home and needed to find a new home quickly.
Our initial goal was to buy a home in Rockland County, after seeing over 50 homes, making three bids, low inventory and escalating prices, we changed our search to buying in Bergen county. We found that there was also very little available in our price range.
Recognizing our sense of urgency Wendy has worked tirelessly to help find us a rental in a very tight market. Despite all of the twists and turns in our search, Wendy has remained diligent, patient and flexible. Wendy is a member of The Premtaj Team, serving buyers, sellers and renters throughout the Northern New Jersey/Bergen County area. Wendy's own journey from living in Manhattan for 15 years to residing in Rockland and Bergen counties is a boon to those making their own city-to-suburbs transition. Today, she resides in Franklin Lakes and spends time at her Asbury Park beach house as often as possible.
