"My husband and I bought our first home in Sunnyvale earlier this month. We worked with Wendy through the entire search/buying process. The experience of working with Wendy was absolutely wonderful! The first day we met her, she first spoke to us in detail to understand our goals - what we are looking for in our new home. Based on that, every home we visited, she explained, in detail, how certain things are aligned/not aligned with our goals. For every home we were interested in, she quickly ran the comparisons to give us an idea of what would be a good bidding price for that home. She also explained the key things we should be looking for in disclosures. This was super helpful for first time home buyers like us. For every offer we made she made sure we were going in with a competitive price. The best part about working with her was the fact that she was always available for viewing/discussion and would always come back with the right information needed for us to make an offer. Her dedication towards her job really impressed both my husband and me. She never forced us to close a deal early. In fact, she encouraged us to view as many homes as possible so that we look at enough neighborhoods and houses to know exactly what we want in our first home/ what kind of neighborhood works best for us.
