Wendy Novia

Prior to joining Compass New Development, Wendy held senior leadership roles at JS Sullivan Sales & Marketing, where, as Director of Sales Operations and Managing Broker, she oversaw $310M in real estate transactions across eight projects. Her responsibilities included full oversight of sales and marketing operations, from pricing and lender approvals to budget control, DRE processing, and coordinating with the Mayor’s Office of Housing. Wendy also played a key role in transitioning developments to HOA control and served on the board of several residential communities.

Earlier in her career, Wendy spent over a decade at Polaris Pacific, rising to Vice President of Sales. There, she led a high-performing team generating over $100M in annual sales across markets in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Maui.

Known for a strategic mindset and commitment to excellence, Wendy specializes in launching and selling new developments, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing systems that drive both sales performance and customer satisfaction.
