"Wendy was an invaluable resource to us during the home buying process. She
was always very responsive and answered our phone calls or texts regardless
of the day or time. Her knowledge of Mount Airy homes and community
resources is extensive, and we will continue to reach out to her for
recommendations of contractors. Thanks, Wendy, for a great experience as
first time home-buyers! "
"Wendy was very proactive every step of the way - staging the house, having
multiple "open houses", meeting with the appraiser, and analyzing the
inspection report. She touched base with me daily for my input and her
advice was invaluable. I could not be more satisfied with Wendy and her
team and would not hesitate to recommend her."
"Wendy is a social worker who approaches real estate with great savvy and
sensitivity to the needs of both buyer and seller. She has vision and tells
you what you need to hear to sell your house, which may not be what you
WANT to hear. And then she sells the house. Wendy, to put it bluntly, is a
kick-ass real estate agent. You want her on your team!!"
"Wendy was really great to deal with, and really pro-active. She was really
on top of all the details that our former agent missed (working with a
great stager, hiring an excellent photographer, making sure that all the
details were just right BEFORE the house went back on the market, etc.). We
got a buyer in a few weeks, after the house had languished for months
before we hired Wendy. We highly recommend her. "
"Wendy was great! She showed me lots of houses in different areas and always
stayed in my price range. I always felt like she had my best interest. I
would highly recommend using Wendy!"
