The team consists of Jennifer Ross and Melanie Rothman covering the Sound Shore communities of Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye, Pelham & Harrison and the Southern Westchester communities of Scarsdale, Edgemont & White Plains. The duo has a deep understanding of the school systems in these coveted school districts with both having a background in education and then transitioning to real estate ultimately accruing awards for client service and sales. The Rivertowns cradling the Hudson including Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson and Irvington are managed by Westchester native and Ardsley resident Lynn Ryan whose intimate knowledge of the Rivertowns facilitates the home buying and selling process. The Northern Westchester towns of Armonk, Chappaqua, Pleasantville and Katonah are expertly handled by Sari Shaw, a Chappaqua resident whose unparalleled dedication, marketing prowess and service-oriented approach results in increased sales. Newest Westchester Living Team members Carlen and Ben have joined bringing their expertise of the Rye Brook, Port Chester, White Plains, and Rye neighborhoods. The two come from a wealth of experience, Ben who grew up in Westchester, and Carlen who made the move from NYC to Westchester 5 years ago.
