About Will

Will is a lifelong Southern Californian with deep roots in the region. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he met his wife of 48 years, Karen, while attending Cal State Fullerton. Together, they built their life in the Inland Empire, spending 35 years in Rancho Cucamonga and the past two years in North Fontana—totaling 37 years of firsthand experience living, working, and investing in the area.

For 20 of those years, Will and Karen also maintained a home in the Coachella Valley, giving him a unique dual-market perspective. This long-standing presence across both the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley provides Will with unmatched local insight, market knowledge, and a true understanding of the communities he serves.
