About Will
Will has provided real estate services to the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Lakewood and Uptown markets for over 15 years at three market-leading firms. In 2018, Will made the move to Compass, along with several of his closest colleagues, to elevate his practice with the Company’s industry leading research and technology. “In moving to Compass I didn’t seek to change the way I do business,” Will says, “but I wanted to improve the way I do business--to make my processes more nimble and efficient, my property marketing more engaging and my property research richer and more insightful. Compass has made all of that possible, and my clients have benefited from it."
Behind his easygoing style is a studied and strategic approach to the listing and buying process that begins with listening and thoroughly understanding each client’s priorities. At every decision point, he is prepared to advise his sellers and buyers using relevant market insights and best practices that support their objectives.
“The work I do for my clients is critically important to them. Regardless of price level, it is a privilege to be chosen to represent a buyer or a seller--to be invited into their life in that way. I have always been success-driven, but I don't measure success by volume. The volume tends to follow if you do diligent, honest work."
It is in that same vein that Will decided to form the Will Seale Group at Compass. “Our group is to be mutually supportive, and we draw from a broad range of talent from , social media, and technology to interior design, new construction and remodeling. Our core competency is selling real estate, but in today’s market I have found it takes a variety of skill sets to stand out and get the job done well. The Will Seale Group is an extraordinary collection of talent."
Will was raised in the historic district of Alexandria, Virginia on the Potomac River near Washington, D.C. He has an undergraduate degree from SMU and a business degree from The University of Mississippi. Will and his wife Julie live in the Park Cities and have two children attending Texas A&M.
