Born and bred in the vibrant backdrop of New York City, Will Apicella embodies a unique local insight and a profound understanding of the city's ever-evolving real estate scene. Growing up in the world of NYC tourism and hospitality, Will seamlessly blends this background with extensive experience as a long-standing resident of the city. He possesses an acute awareness of the complexities and challenges inherent in the real estate market, allowing him to guide clients through the intricate process of buying or selling their homes with efficiency, clarity, and enjoyment.

In the real estate realm, Will successfully closed well over 50 transactions in his first year (both rentals and sales), a testament to his exceptional dedication and prowess. His outstanding performance was duly recognized when he was honored with his previous brokerage’s Rookie of the Year award for his achievements in 2021. 

Preceding his venture into real estate, Will worked in the realm of high-end furniture design, made waves in wine sales and performed every front of house position in his family's theater district restaurants. Will is also a consummate classical actor, proudly affiliated with the Actor's Equity Association and has graced both domestic and international stages. Venues he's played include the Hartford Stage Company and the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh.

Raised in a bilingual household, he is in fluent English and Italian, complemented by a strong foundation in Spanish. He has traveled to 24 countries across three continents; a global perspective further enhanced by his dual citizenship (American and Italian), enabling him to pursue and successfully earn his degree from the esteemed Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, validated by King's College, London.
