Will Apicella

Born and raised in New York City, Will brings a lifelong connection to the city and a background in hospitality, the arts, and design. Since entering the business, Will has closed nearly $50 million in sales across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, with a particular focus on the neighborhoods surrounding Prospect Park. 

Growing up around his family’s Theater District restaurants and later working throughout NYC’s hospitality and tourism industries, Will developed a natural understanding of the city’s neighborhoods and the people who call them home. He brings that perspective to every transaction, helping clients navigate the market with a no-BS approach, a shark-like intuition for negotiating, and an appreciation for the occasional NYC curveball.

Before real estate, Will worked in high-end furniture design and wine sales and enjoyed a successful career as a professional actor, performing on stages in the U.S. and abroad, including Hartford Stage and the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh. He is a member of Actors’ Equity Association.

A lifelong New Yorker and current Windsor Terrace resident, Will speaks fluent English and Italian and has a strong foundation in Spanish. He holds dual American and Italian citizenship and earned his degree from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, validated by King’s College London. When he’s not negotiating deals somewhere between Prospect Park and Midtown—or negotiating with the MTA about the F train—you’ll find Will hanging with his cat, Vincenzo, and his partner, John
