Obsessed with real estate since childhood, William was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug at an early age. “My mother and I would read real estate papers every Saturday morning together before grocery shopping, he says. “My first business was an ice cream parlor in my mother's laundry room at age 8. I made a big poster for my ice cream cone business and couldn't wait for my cousins to come over. I calculated the profit margin and I was ready for business!” Although William ended up eating all the ice cream before his cousins arrived, his flare for marketing and promotion have endured.
William’s keen insights and thoughtful approach to investing have been effective, as is his focused approach to the market. “I look forward to helping people with their real estate portfolio, whether it's their first home or a strategic addition of income property,” he says.
In addition to real estate and investment success, William’s business career included café, retail and art gallery experiences before relocating from his native Toronto to California.
