William (“Billy”) specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties throughout San Francisco. In 2026, he joined the AntoniniSF team, where he focuses exclusively on multifamily sales.
Prior to joining Compass, Billy worked in high-end residential construction in the Bay Area and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, helping build and manage more than $100 million in custom home projects. Earlier in his career, he worked in commercial real estate brokerage focused on hospitality assets and as a legal assistant supporting company formations and early-stage financing transactions.
Billy graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business. He is a member of the Olympic Club and volunteers with KCAF, a Bay Area nonprofit that supports young leaders working to address climate change. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, fly fishing, exploring San Francisco’s restaurants, and spending time outdoors. A native of the San Francisco Peninsula, he resides in San Francisco’s Marina District.
