Bill Bruno

Bill is a seasoned Long Island real estate investor with over 10 years of experience buying and selling homes. After many successful real estate transactions as a client of Mary & John Macaluso, he decided he wanted to join the team and help others learn the behind the scenes of the business. Having made his introduction to real estate as an investor, Bill has sourced and closed many real estate transactions across Nassau and Suffolk, as well as out of state. He has guided the renovation and rehab process both for resale and for rental properties. This strong track record in real estate investing affords Bill’s clients a unique perspective when it comes to finding their next home. Prior to his career in real estate investing, Bill successfully founded and sold Long Island Awnings, a retractable awning manufacturer & installer. Bill’s company installed and maintained thousands of awnings across Long Island and up and down the East Coast under Bill’s leadership, and continues to do so today, post-sale. Outside of work Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 boys.
