Equally at home in a Mission victorian, SoMa highrise, Burlingame craftsman, or custom home in Hillsborough (I've been fortunate enough to live in all of these!), I was born here, and live here - my understanding of the markets and deep relationships with agents gives me a local advantage when sourcing and selling properties for my clients.
My background is in startups - after studying engineering and running the student design group Berkeley Innovation at Cal, I started my own iPhone travel app company. We were proud to have been selected by Apple as an App Store Favorite, featured by Conde Nast online and by a number of magazines around the world. It was exhilarating, but after traipsing the world for many years, I wanted to come back to the Bay Area and be closer to my family.
And what better way to be close than to join the family business? With decades of experience in construction to rely on from my builder father and 40 years of Bay Area real estate sales experience to lean on from my top-producer mother, there was no better team to join. Their deep well of experience, blended with my analytical and entrepreneurial background has given me a unique advantage in deal negotiations and in developing strategy when helping clients buy or sell homes.
Most importantly, it is our priority to carefully listen to our clients and put their needs first. My background in design and ethnography gives me an edge in understanding every client's unique needs. I feel blessed to have earned my clients' trust, and am thankful for their support. To date, almost every client I have helped so far has referred a new client to me, the best endorsement I could ask for!
