Will Chilton grew up with a deep-rooted appreciation for Texas wildlife and landscapes, shaped
by his family’s ownership of two properties that instilled a passion for land stewardship and
legacy-building. A University of Arkansas graduate, Will built a dynamic career in sales,
marketing, and operations, starting with high-volume client outreach at Schneider Logistics and
advancing to operational leadership at PrimeSource and Jess Halls. At Pure Adventure, he
raised $100,000 in recurring donor commitments through relationship-driven networking.
As Director of Sales and Operations at Frame Coffee Co., Will scaled the startup to hundreds of subscribers and 80+ wholesale partners in three years, while launching the “Keep it Wild” line in collaboration with Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation and Texas Wildlife Association to champion conservation. Today, Will brings his entrepreneurial drive, client-centric expertise, and genuine love for the outdoors to Ruple Properties, helping clients discover ranches where they can shape their own visions and legacies.
Will lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two children and balances his real estate pursuits with ongoing work in the oil industry.
