Bill Deery calls himself the well rounded real estate agent because of all his years of experience in the real estate business. He did his first real estate transaction in 1999. At one point he owned up to 11 rental units as an investment landlord, he flipped homes, he bought, he sold, and after numerous years serving as a mortgage rep, he later started his on LLC called Deery Mortgage Incorporated back In 2005. He was a Licensed 1st & 2nd mortgage broker in the state on Pennsylvania doing 100 plus transaction a year.
