Will Fulton

Will has spent the past fifteen years working in commercial real estate in New York City. He’s been involved in real estate transactions across asset classes and geographies as a lender, developer, and economic development advisor.

Will’s focus at Compass is on the communities in lower Westchester County. He is especially attuned to the needs of first-time homebuyers and young families. Will works with honesty and integrity to ensure that buyers, sellers, and renters understand the market and arrive at a successful outcome.

Will grew up in Shaker Heights, OH where he learned to appreciate properties with special historical and aesthetic value. He moved to Westchester County from New York City ten years ago and currently resides in the Village of Bronxville with his wife and daughter. He enjoys reading, racquet sports, urban exploration, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family.
