William Hazen

Having been immersed in the residential real estate world from a young age and becoming a negotiation expert, Will provides a one of a kind experience for his clients in their process of buying, selling, renting and investing in real estate across the Chicagoland area.

Will was born and raised in Aspen, CO growing up in a lucrative real estate market with his dad being a broker of over 40 years. Will graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2021 with a degree in Economics and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Since the beginning of college, he has always worked in real estate starting with internships shadowing some of the nation’s most successful producers at different brokerages in Aspen and continuing by becoming a licensed broker in Chicago. Will strives to give his clients the most positive and efficient experience in any sector of the business, which he has crafted from his involvement in multiple real estate markets across the country. His determination is unmatched and he will go above and beyond to ensure his clients are comfortable and excited with their next sale, purchase or rental.

When Will isn’t working, he spends most of his free time on the golf course or exploring new restaurants across the Chicagoland area.
