Husband and wife duo, Tina and Bill McDonnell, truly find joy in helping people. After Bill had been working in the industry for some time, Tina decided to renew her real estate license– a certificate she had obtained years ago, but never put to good use. They both had always shared a passion for real estate, however, it wasn’t until six years ago that the couple initiated the start of their business partnership. Bill’s perfectionist mentality is perfectly balanced by Tina’s high-spirited nature, creating a wonderful environment that is greatly appreciated by their customers.
While some real estate agents determine success through tracking total sales volume, Bill and Tina prefer to devote all of their time and energy to their clients. The pair finds value in building long-lasting relationships with their customers, generating most of their business through client referrals. Together, Tina and Bill lead their team to deliver a smooth experience for buyers and sellers, from beginning to end.
Tina and Bill would agree that they probably spend too much time discussing their real estate occupations, however, they enjoy traveling and gathering with their beautiful grandchildren whenever they can. It isn’t often that you find a group as prepared, fun-loving, and caring as The McDonnell Team, but they’re ready to help you no matter how anxious, scared, or eager you may be.
