"I would like to recommend William J. Rogan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. My son and I purchased a small home in Cocoa, Florida in
October of 2019. I do not reside In Florida, but Mr. Rogan made the process simple. Although this was probably at the lower end of home purchases Mr. Rogan typically deals with, we were treated the same as if this had been a million-dollar purchase. Williamās knowledge of all things surrounding the buying and selling process provided a wealth of assets to us during our
purchase. He was able to advise us on how to go about obtaining the survey, what home and insurance inspections were necessary and where to find them.
He also advised us on the home warranty process. He prepared the written contingencies needed after the home inspection so that we would be happy with our purchase at the time of closing. Williamās approach to the home sale process is unique in that one of his goals is to bridge the gap between the Seller and the Buyer amicably so that both parties are happy

William J. Rogan, Ph.D., transitioned into the real estate profession in 2002 following a distinguished career as a classical musician and educator. Since obtaining his Florida Real Estate Broker License in 2006, he has owned and operated successful real estate companies. As a managing broker of several companies, Dr. Rogan has supervised and mentored numerous agents, leading his teams to generate significant multi-million-dollar profits.
Dr. Rogan's career includes roles as an Associate Broker and RealtorĀ® in both Florida and New York. His achievements as a multi-million-dollar producer are complemented by his credentials as a Graduate, RealtorsĀ® Institute (GRI), and a Gold Key Certified professional. His entrepreneurial ventures include a consulting company, a home improvement company, and an equine boarding stable.
With dual citizenship in the United States and Ireland, Dr. Rogan has lived abroad extensively, building a vast network of international contacts across social, political, and professional spheres. These connections prove invaluable to buyers and investors. He is fluent in German, enhancing his ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
