About William
Raised in a "real estate family" in Richmond, Virginia, William Zimmer attended The College of Charleston. Beginning his career in Charleston he started a clothing line and opened a successful clothing boutique and barbershop. Zimmer sold his interest in 2015 and moved back to Richmond and launched into real estate sales with Long and Foster. He recently made a move and now hangs his license at Compass where he runs The Zimmer Group. His hard work, charisma, and true passion for his business has helped William's reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise. William specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first timers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market, he knows and has experienced it all.

A native of Richmond, William is an enthusiastic member of the community. When he is not working he enjoys painting, golfing and spending time with his wife Melinda and daughter Teaghan.
