PAT WILLIAMS

Pat Williams began her real estate career in 1982 while living in Southern California. In 1983 she moved to Northern California and has continued a lifelong career in real estate sales. Pat has years of experience in Residential and Land Sales and is a Licensed Mortgage Broker, resulting in a full-service agent. She now resides in Healdsburg and has chosen to become a Broker-Associate with Compass. Through this new relationship, Pat’s home office is our new Downtown Healdsburg location, at 109 Mill Street, and she will have access to dozens of locations in the Bay Area, including Marin, San Francisco, and the East Bay to assist you in your real estate needs. DANIELLE WILLIAMS

Danielle Williams is a third-generation REALTOR® at COMPASS with experience beyond her years in the real estate industry.  She was born and raised in Mendocino County, where she mentored under her mother and grandmother. Danielle has her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and in 2012 she earned her Real Estate Salesperson License. Since then, Danielle has proven herself to be a top producer. She is well versed in residential, land, vineyards, and commercial sales in both Sonoma and Mendocino County. In addition to being a real estate professional, Danielle is also a certified luxury home expert, property manager, and transaction coordinator. Danielle is active in her community. She has volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, The Human Race, Plowshares, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is also a member of the North Bay Association of REALTORS® and the California Association of REALTORS®.
