Ryan and Crystal bring a skill set and experience to the real estate industry that differentiates them and the level of service their clients receive.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Ryan understands the DFW real estate market, especially in Southlake, Westlake, Grapevine, and the surrounding area. However, the value he adds to his clients goes well beyond his local real estate expertise. Ryan honed his marketing and negotiation skills long before he started helping clients buy and sell properties. 

After growing up in California, Crystal moved her family to Southlake in 2020, and immediately started creating a reputation as someone who constantly dedicates her time to the community. She is intimately aware of the idiosyncrasies of Southlake and surrounding communities, and that skill set is invaluable to her clients.  

After earning a BA in Marketing from Texas Tech University, he began working at Lockheed Martin (LM) Aerospace, where he negotiated multimillion dollar government contracts for cutting edge technology platforms. While working at LM, he attended Texas Christian University (TCU) in the evenings and earned an MBA with a focus on Marketing. 

Crystal earned a Business Degree in Information Management from Cal State, and began a career in sales for Allergan Pharmaceuticals where she worked alongside developers and customers on new, cutting edge technologies. 

Ryan’s combination of a decade in real estate combined with nearly ten years in the corporate world allow him to provide a unique perspective and advantage to his clients.  

Crystal’s understanding of the sales and contractual side of real estate, combined with her relationships within the community, allow her to provide unique opportunities to her clients. She is trained in observing personality traits and makes sure to pick up on those subtle cues, which are oftentimes the difference in securing a property for her clients.
