Breezy and Brooks Woodfin joined forces in 2019, combining complementary strengths and a shared commitment to exceptional service. Since then, their team has become one of the most trusted and high-performing real estate groups in Jackson Hole, representing clients across both residential and commercial transactions throughout the valley and surrounding areas.

Breezy, the team lead, is known for her ability to expertly manage transactions from start to finish with precision and care, while Brooks is widely respected for his integrity, deep knowledge of the valley, and long-standing local relationships. Together, they are detail-oriented, highly responsive, and deeply invested in their clients’ success—creating a balanced and trusted experience for both buyers and sellers.

In 2025, the team expanded with the addition of Riley Hughes, further elevating their ability to provide a high level of service while maintaining a personal, hands-on approach. Riley brings a strong background in property management and a keen eye for both the investment and operational side of real estate, making her the team’s go-to resource for short-term rentals.

Beyond real estate, Breezy and Brooks are deeply rooted in the Jackson Hole community as owners and operators of Gym 22, a locally founded functional fitness gym established in 2012. Gym 22 has become an extension of their business—fostering relationships and strengthening their connection to the local community.

Outside of work, the team fully embraces the Wyoming lifestyle. Breezy and Brooks can often be found exploring the region in their camper with their dogs, Skid and Ziggy. Summers are spent camping, horseback riding, hiking, and floating the Snake River, while winters bring skinning up Snow King for Breezy and snowmobiling fresh tracks for Brooks.

Riley shares many of the same passions that define life in Jackson. In the summer, she is often on the trails mountain biking or hiking with her dog, Roo, while winters are spent skiing and chasing fresh turns as often as possible.

Breezy was born and raised in Jackson, Brooks moved to the valley at age 12, and Riley has called Jackson home for the past six years—giving the team a collective, firsthand understanding of the lifestyle, community, and market. At their core, the Woodfin Real Estate Team is passionate about helping both locals and newcomers thoughtfully navigate buying and selling in Jackson Hole.
