Woody partners with his wife Susan to make up the team, The Axton Property Group. He is originally from Louisville Kentucky, and was fortunate to have an opportunity to move to Charlotte in 1997.
Upon moving to Charlotte, Woody got his start in the Real Estate industry on the Mortgage side of the business. During this time, he became an expert in helping people navigate the complicated mortgage process and delivering customer service that was well beyond expectations, receiving several leadership and customer service awards.
In 2010, Woody, and his wife Susan, formed a small team in Real Estate and continued to establish themselves as true professionals throughout the Charlotte Metro area and into SC where they live. There focus is showing excellence in the little things which provides world-class service to our clients. Living and working in Fort Mill, SC for over 20 years has helped Woody and Susan become experts in York County, Lancaster County as well as South Charlotte.
Raised with a strong sense of family and a foundation to care for his neighbors, Woody works hard to embody their team motto which is, "Where Clients Become Family."
Woody has a variety of hobbies. You can find him running on the streets and trails around Fort Mill, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats in basketball and football, and smoking BBQ for family, friends, and neighbors.
