"The best realtor ever! I’ve worked with many realtors over the years, but none compare to Wyatt. He’s incredibly professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. Because we weren’t local to the Catskills, Wyatt went above and beyond from visiting the house as many times as we needed and keeping us updated every step of the way. He noticed details about the homes we toured that we completely missed, and his insights made all the difference. Truly one of the most genuine and dedicated agents we’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!"

"Wyatt was incredible. He is super knowledgeable about the local market, honest, proactive, and resourceful. He went above and beyond to help us find our home. We initially looked at houses together in summer 2024 but didn't move forward on anything. Wyatt proactively shared new listings with me through the fall and we closed this winter! He 100% listens to you, asks thoughtful questions, and doesn't try to push any sort of agenda. He's authentic, genuinely helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I would love to work with him again!"

Before relocating to the Hudson Valley, I honed my expertise in the city, specializing in ground- up multifamily new development in Brooklyn and Long Island City. That experience shaped a disciplined understanding of operations, marketing, and pricing strategy in a fast-paced, high- stakes environment. For sellers, it translates into impactful, results-driven marketing. For buyers, it means a streamlined experience grounded in clarity and confidence.
I work across Greene, Columbia, Ulster, and northern Dutchess counties. From modern ski chalets to townhouses to historic homes. I am detail-oriented by nature, and earn trust through information and transparency. Every client gets the attention the largest transaction of their life warrants.
I obtained my B.A. from the George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. Before school I traveled extensively, often ending up on construction sites rather than beaches in places like Tanzania, Ecuador, and India. A lifelong fascination with the built world.
Outside of real estate, my energy abides with the rhythms of the Hudson Valley's distinctive seasons: tending to my land, trail running, unwinding in the sauna. I live just outside of Catskill on a few wooded acres in a log cabin, raised beds, workshop, and small wood lot. Though I grew up in Connecticut and went to school in DC, my family’s roots in this region run deep — and moving here felt less like a relocation than a return.
