About Wyatt
A life-long resident of the Westside, Wyatt Parker has been interested in real estate from an early age. He has a specialized understanding of the Southern California market, focusing in the Westside neighborhoods and understanding the communities, schools, and lifestyles of the area.
With an architect father and a realtor mother, Wyatt has a unique and deep real estate background. He first started in Real Estate at Gibson International (later to become Compass) in 2010, working first as a part-time assistant before joining the firm full time in 2013. He has been with Compass since 2018.
He practices the highest standards of client service, including creating marketing and listing presentations, preparing homes for open houses, conducting showings, organizing disclosure packages, handling property inspections, and many other details that ensure an effective transaction.
Additionally, Wyatt has experience in home remodeling, design, development, and construction, benefitting both buyers and sellers.
A graduate of the University of Arizona, Wyatt is also an Eagle Scout. In his free time, he plays in a basketball league and spends time with this Great Dane "Lady".
