A Successful Program
Much of Xin’s approach is informed by her extensive financial background. Before entering real estate, Xin thrived as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and spent over a decade as a stock analyst and fund manager at premier firms like Fidelity. To her, listing a home is similar to helping a company go public, so she created a matching program of due diligence, preparation, early marketing, and careful pricing, followed by additional marketing. When assisting buyers, Xin embraces transparency while structuring her clients’ priorities in a manner that achieves the best long-term effects.
Upbringing + Education
Although a native Chinese, Xin grew up in Tokyo and is fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin—an invaluable asset to an international clientele. She received her bachelor's degree from Japan’s Waseda University then earned an MBA from Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, achieving a dual major in finance and marketing.
