Yael Avivi

Yael Avivi is a Real Estate Advisor with The Sovereign Group at Compass, bringing more than eleven years of residential real estate experience, natural curiosity and a genuine commitment to service.

With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Yael's professional foundation began with an understanding that service is as much about the experience as it is the outcome. She began her real estate career on Florida's East Coast, with much of her early work centered in the estate communities of Parkland, before eventually bringing that experience to Southwest Florida. Her career has given her a broad perspective on Florida's markets and, more importantly, on the very different circumstances that bring people to a real estate decision.

Yael approaches real estate with curiosity. She listens closely, thinks before responding and asks questions that bring greater clarity to the conversation. She recognizes that what begins as a conversation about a home often becomes a much broader discussion about priorities, timing and the decisions that shape what comes next.

A Florida resident and mother of two elementary school children, Yael has a natural appreciation for the lifestyle that draws so many people to Southwest Florida. Away from real estate, she is happiest near the water, whether spending time at the beach or relaxing by the pool.
