About Yannick
Born in Madrid, Spain, and raised in Cannes, France, Yannick Alessio is new to the real estate profession but by no means new to real estate itself. At just 19, he brought a buyer to the table for a mansion in his hometown of Cannes. He may not have been a formal part of the transaction, but the seed was planted for his future career.

Yannick studied at Stanislas Cannes and later EAI Tech CERAM in Sophia Antipolis, France. After relocating to South Florida, he enrolled in FIU’s International Business program. In Miami, he has become a well-known promoter of high-end events, building service and networking skills that are as integral to real estate as they are to hospitality. Over 25 years, he’s amassed a powerful network across the globe, which he is now leveraging as a real estate professional.

Yannick joined Compass to serve clients across Miami-Dade, with a strong focus on South Beach, North Beach, Belle Meade, Miami Shores, Edgewater, Downtown, Surfside, North Bay Village, Normandy Isles and Bal Harbor. He’s especially inspired by the brokerage’s focus on cutting-edge tech technology.

Buyers and sellers should choose him because of his strong business integrity, knowledge of his target markets, and dedication to his clients. He has an excellent understanding of different property types and a massive network of personal connections that his clients will benefit from.

Yannick loves connecting clients with their dream home, but he also enjoys constantly meeting new people, whether they’re looking to buy, sell or rent. He’s also very optimistic about the booming Miami market – in particular the waterfront market, which is stronger than ever.

When he’s not working, you can find Yannick boating, playing paddle tennis, planning a winter snowboarding trip or summering with family in France. He is fluent in both French and English.
