Drawn to the rich history of historic homes and neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles County, Yasmine is passionate about helping clients discover not only where they want to live, but why a place matters. Her approach combines thoughtful guidance with a genuine appreciation for the architecture, culture, and history that make every community unique.
Born in Los Angeles and shaped by experiences across Southern California, Yasmine has developed a deep appreciation for the region's diverse communities, architecture, and cultural history. As the daughter of a Garifuna Belizean mother and a Krio Sierra Leonean father, she values the unique stories that connect people to place and believes every neighborhood has a history worth preserving.
With nearly two decades of leadership and professional experience, Yasmine's background spans military service, human resources, business consulting, and nonprofit leadership. She proudly served 11 years in the United States Army in Human Resources before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Human Resource Management. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a member of the Los Angeles South Chamber of Commerce.
Her commitment to service extends well beyond real estate. Yasmine is actively involved in preserving and promoting Garifuna history, arts, and culture through nonprofit leadership and community initiatives. She believes that preserving cultural heritage and preserving historic neighborhoods are both ways of protecting the stories that define a community.
Outside of real estate, Yasmine enjoys exploring Los Angeles' historic architecture, museums, and cultural landmarks. She has a passion for art, culture, and equestrian sports and enjoys supporting her daughter's love of piano and the arts.
