Marietta Niamonitakis was born-and-raised in Brooklyn. As a native New Yorker, she has a deep understanding of the city’s many neighborhoods and what makes each one unique. Marietta is a Manhattan homeowner who has gone through the home buying process herself and completed a full gut renovation of her apartment. This hands-on experience gives her a keen eye for potential, helping buyers envision how a space can be transformed and guiding them through the realities of purchasing and renovating in New York City.

Marietta graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Marketing. Combining her passion for fashion with her marketing background, she went on to open a women’s clothing boutique in Brooklyn. Running her own business helped her develop strong skills in marketing, customer service, and relationship-building.
