Yevgeny was drawn to real estate through a genuine passion for connecting with people and helping them reach meaningful life goals. His appreciation for homeownership was shaped early in life after immigrating from Belarus, where he shared a small two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with four other family members. This experience instilled in him a deep understanding of the value of home, stability, and personal space.

Known for his calm demeanor, empathetic nature, and deeply protective approach, Yevgeny takes the time to truly understand his clients’ needs and advocates for them with patience, clarity, and integrity. His open communication style and steady guidance help create a smooth and confident experience, even in competitive or emotionally charged markets.

Serving communities throughout the East Bay, Yevgeny works with buyers and sellers at every stage of life, ensuring each client feels supported, informed, and well represented from the first conversation to the final closing.

Outside of real estate, Yevgeny enjoys staying active through motorcycle riding, kiteboarding, snowboarding, and fitness training. He also has a growing passion for cooking and recently learned how to make soup entirely from scratch, a small but meaningful reflection of his appreciation for craftsmanship, patience, and care.
