About Yoko
Every great real estate team needs someone who can keep a billion moving parts in sync—and for us, that’s Yoko McGrath. As our Operations Manager, Yoko is the organizational heartbeat of the team, making sure every detail, deadline, and document stays perfectly on track. Without her, we’d be lost (and probably very behind schedule).
Originally from Japan, Yoko made the Pacific Northwest her home in 2002 and brought with her a sharp sense of humor, impeccable standards, and a work ethic that puts the rest of us to shame. We try to make her take days off, but don’t be surprised if she replies to your email on a Sunday evening—she just can’t help caring that much.
When she’s not keeping our world running smoothly, Yoko enjoys great food and wine (preferably cooked by her partner, Justin—yes, our Justin) and spending time with her daughters, Alison and Mischa.
