York Adkins was born in North Carolina and raised in London and Paris. His passion for real estate evolved at a very young age, as he has lived in over 20 homes in his lifetime and comes from a family of real estate enthusiasts and executives.
After high school, he moved to Florida and earned a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting from The University of Central Florida. He went on to pursue a career in public accounting at one of the top international firms, and earned a CPA designation.
York prides himself on his unique ability to advise his clients from a CPA's perspective. He also loves the challenge of helping his clients find the best off-market opportunities.
