InstagramEmigrating to the beautiful Bay Area was sudden but the best decision Yulia Lopatyuk ever made. In Russia, she graduated from the Academy of Economics and Law and worked for many years as the Director of Commerce at the Gold and Platinum Mining Company, Artel Amur. While there, she was involved in the construction and renovation of several projects and the establishment and development of a number of businesses.
This experience led her to open an LLC in the United States and start a construction business in Northern California. Over the years, she successfully developed a variety of residential and commercial properties. At one point, Yulia decided to change her professional focus, though she remained in Real Estate and happy to be a part of the Compass family.Yulia is fluent in both English and Russian. She is known for her meticulous approach to completing tasks, her active listening to clients, her understanding of their needs, and her care in ensuring their happiness throughout the process with utmost care.
