My path to real estate wasn’t traditional—and that’s what sets me apart. Born in the Czech Republic and raised in Canada, I earned my Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Waterloo before spending 24 years in biomedical research at the National Cancer Institute in Maryland. After raising two wonderful sons and making meaningful contributions to cancer research, I relocated to Louisiana and followed my new passion by becoming a Realtor.

My scientific background has equipped me with skills that directly benefit my clients—keen attention to detail, analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and strong negotiation strategies. From designing and building our own custom home to successfully staging and selling it, I’ve gained firsthand experience that enhances my ability to guide buyers and sellers with confidence.

I’ve always believed in giving back. In Maryland, I was deeply involved in youth sports, scouting, education, and church programs—serving in roles from den leader to PTSA vice president and youth ministry chair. Here in Baton Rouge, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering at St. Agnes Mission, supporting local women and children.

Most of all, I love connecting with people. I believe that relationships are the heart of real estate—and life. Louisiana’s warm, welcoming spirit makes it the perfect place to live, work, and thrive.
