Zac Nelson is a highly motivated, well respected Denver Real Estate Agent. With over 20 years of experience in this market, Zac has been an integral part of the city's transformation from boom and bust town to the thriving metropolis that it is today. He has in depth knowledge of and works in the entire metro area but specializes in the beautiful vintage homes of Central and Northwest Denver.

Zac truly has a passion for helping people and for his profession, which shines through in all that he does. His clients consistently comment on how thoughtful and personable he is, always demonstrating he is fully invested in their transaction and going the extra mile to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Zac dedicates a significant amount of time and effort to professional development allowing him to stay ahead of industry trends which, in the end, benefits himself, his team and his clients. Zac doesn't just talk the real estate talk, he is also an avid real estate investor. His personal portfolio currently consists of three investment properties, something he has really enjoyed watching grow. He loves sharing the knowledge he has gained with his clients and helping them analyze the numbers and make the right move on buying an investment property.

In 2024, Zac closed 25 transactions and did over $16M in total sales volume. He has been on 5280 Magazine's "5-Star Professional / Top Producers" list every year since 2011!

When he takes a breather from work Zac enjoys skiing in our beautiful Colorado mountains, spending time outdoors, reading personal development books that push him out of his comfort zone and spending quality time with his two children!
