For the past 15 years, Zach has lived in Cardiff by the Sea with his wife, children, and black lab. When he’s not working with clients, he can often be found surfing or tending to his English rose garden. His long-standing ties to the area give him an in-depth understanding not only of Cardiff, but also of the distinct character and lifestyle of each surrounding neighborhood.
Zach takes a highly personal approach with his clients, listening carefully to what matters most to them and offering thoughtful insight into schools, restaurants, beaches, and dog parks.
